Welcome to Love Your Ride (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our services.
1. Services Provided
Love Your Ride provides mobile auto detailing and related cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle condition, and weather. We reserve the right to decline or modify service requests at our discretion.
2. Appointments & Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to their vehicle(s) at the time of service.

Vehicles must be parked in a safe, accessible area with space for detailing work to be performed.

Adequate access to water and electricity is required at the service location. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

If the vehicle is located in a restricted area (e.g., parking garage or gated community), arrangements for access must be made in advance.

If we are unable to access the vehicle at the scheduled time, a service or travel fee may apply.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments through our booking system.

Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or requested add-ons. Any adjustments will be communicated before work begins.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment incur no fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the booked service.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours’ notice) may be charged the full service amount.

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.
5. Weather Policy
In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, hail, or extreme cold), we may reschedule services for safety reasons. We’ll contact you as early as possible to arrange a new appointment time.
6. Service Limitations
We do our best to make every vehicle look its best, but:

Some stains, odors, and damages may be permanent or require specialized repair outside the scope of our detailing services.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty equipment, or accessories that malfunction during cleaning (e.g., loose trim, fragile plastics).

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Liability
Love Your Ride takes care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for:

Personal belongings left inside vehicles during service

Damage caused by undisclosed mechanical or electrical issues

Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service

Disclose any mechanical or cosmetic issues (e.g., cracked windows, loose trim) before service

Ensure that water and/or power are available when required for the service
9. Photography & Marketing
With customer consent, Love Your Ride may photograph vehicles for promotional use on our website or social media. Personal details (license plates, identifiable information) will never be shared without explicit permission.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information collected through our website or booking system is used solely to manage appointments, payments, and communication. We do not sell or share customer data. For details, see our [Privacy Policy].
11. Changes to Terms
